Okay, so the new photo site went up today. After weeks of putting it together, the new and “improved” photo pages are finally done. At first glance, it probably won’t look that different, since most of the changes were done to the back-end. But I assure you, the new site does provide more functionality and features than the old photo site.

New features:
– Register and change passwords (encrypted) to your desire
– Assign favorites and download the full-resolution pictures
– Comment on individual pictures
– View EXIF data for each picture
– Keyword search

Yeah, I know it’s not like people were banging down my door or emailing me asking for these features, but what the heck…these features were possible, so I figured why not incorporate them.

Anyway, please check it out, and let me know what you think. And yes, sorry, but you’ll have to register. It’s the only way I know of to keep the random general public from viewing our pictures.

P.S. For those of you who’ve already registered for the old site, I’ve transferred your account over so you can still log in with your usual login and password. If you want, feel free to change your password under ‘Member Profile’
